As a part of 50 years celebration of MES College, an extension activity was organised by the Ex- Cadets Association of MES College along with the NCC units of the college on 20th August 2022. The association organized The Joy of Giving programme which involved donation of old clothes and ration in the form of rice, wheat flour, sugar, grains and oil to the labourers working at the construction site of MVR Sea View Homes Pvt Ltd behind MES College. The staff of the College and NCC cadets contributed to the donation of old clothes and ration.
Shri. Pradeep Bandekar, the President of Ex-NCC Cadets Association welcomed the audience comprising of the labourers, their families and the NC cadets and expressed their desire to the downtrodden and marginalised section of the society in the form of clothes and ration and the joy and satisfaction the done receives on such a donation.
